I don't know how to reach you but I bought this product a while back. I then decided to download it again for the Gal version. Unfortunately when uploading it keeps failing to build. Instead it keeps saying "Attempted to load the data for an avatar we do not own, clearing blueprint ID" please help?
Hey there, there's a new issue with the recent SDK update that keeps causing thumbnails to get upscaled, making it impossible to upload an avatar; the current work around for it is to capture an image with a solid color for the avatar thumbnail.
